Something Is Shifting for Your Female Staff.
And Most of Them Are Navigating It Alone.
Practical, compassionate menopause support for your organization, led by Connie Pretula, Certified Nutritional Practitioner.
If you’re here, something has likely already caught your attention, a conversation, something you’ve noticed, or simply a sense your female staff could use more support than they’re currently receiving.
Women in their 40s and 50s are often your most experienced, most dedicated people. Many of them are also quietly navigating changes in sleep, energy, focus, and how they feel in their body while continuing to show up and deliver.
This page offers insight into what your female staff are navigating, along with a general overview of how I support women through the stages of menopause. We can then explore together what would be most appropriate for your organization.
What Your Female Staff Are Experiencing
Many women on your team are asking themselves:
Why am I so tired all the time
Why can’t I sleep anymore
Why do I feel bloated after eating
Why can’t I focus like I used to
Why do I feel like a different person
These are not complaints. They are not signs that something is wrong with these women.
They are part of a significant shift that many women move through largely in silence. Some may not know why they feel the way they do. They don’t want to appear less capable, and they may not know how or who to talk to about it.
Understanding is the first step in offering real support.

What women are looking for is not a promise of results, but clear guidance they can trust and apply in a way that works for their own body.
When this stage of life goes unrecognized, it doesn’t stay personal. It begins to influence work performance and how your team shows up day to day.
How I Support Your Staff
My work centers on helping women understand what is happening in their body and how to support it in a way that works for them.
What helps is feeling understood. Having someone who can look at what’s happening and say, I know what this is, and here’s what we can do.
I start with nutrition as the foundation, because what we eat has a profound effect on how we feel, our energy, our digestion, our mood, and how our body moves through hormonal changes.
From there, I layer in lifestyle support, help women understand their own patterns, and offer guidance on supplementation where it is genuinely relevant.
One thing I hear often is how much it matters to women that this approach fits into real life. It is about small, consistent shifts that add up over time.
Because this work starts with nutrition, it also supports staff who are not in menopause. Younger women and men benefit from the same foundations and gain a better understanding of what their coworkers may be experiencing.
Because many women feel confused about what is happening in their body, and have been taught for years to rely on quick fixes and trends, they often continue to follow approaches that focus on short-term results rather than building sustainable lifestyle changes.
What makes the difference over time is learning how to support the body consistently in a way that can be sustained.

Supporting Your Team Through This Stage of Life
This is a guided approach that supports women at different stages and experiences.
It focuses on practical, sustainable ways to support the body so women can make meaningful changes that fit into their everyday lives.
It is about helping women understand what is happening in their bodies and giving them practical ways to support themselves so they can feel better in their day-to-day lives.
For many organizations, offering this kind of support is simply about recognizing a stage of life that is often overlooked and providing care in a meaningful way.
