The first full weekend of August is always a long weekend in Canada, a public holiday. Each province has its own name for it, in British Columbia, where I live, it is called British Columbia Day. I think it is more about having a long weekend in the summer than reflecting on something specific or historical.
If you read my blog from last week, I shared that I would be releasing the first round to 4 – 5 women who are willing to provide feedback and are okay if there is an odd glitch this time around. Although, I have learned experienced presenters run into glitches.
I had a few women contact me thinking I would be providing the course at a very low, almost free price. In their defense, I didn’t indicate the investment amount.
The investment for 12 weeks for my first release is $789.00 CAD. If you break it down to a daily investment, it works out to $9.39. That is less than a takeout lunch, slightly more than a large coffee and breakfast sandwich from a fast food chain. What is hard to beat, is a Costco Hotdog and soft drink, you can feed a family of four and have change leftover.
For the second round, which will be in early 2024, the investment will be $1437.00 CAD.
The course will be 12 weeks of content and weekly live calls with me. In between the weekly calls, you will have access to a private Chat board which I will be monitoring and responding to.
The topics included in the course will be:
- An overview of symptoms
- Nutrition support
- Supplementation support
- Considerations on whether hormone therapy is right for you
- Exercise and what forms are most beneficial
- How to get a better night’s sleep
- How products you use on your body and in your home can affect your hormones
- Mindset, self-care, lifestyle
Many of these are interrelated, some will be more detailed than others, and some will require personal reflection. The one thing I can say, my one-on-one clients get results. If you implement a portion of what you will learn, you will notice a difference in how you feel every day.
I never regret investing in my health, it has been worth every penny because of how I feel at almost 62. Waking up each day with energy, no joint or muscle pain, no brain fog and I have a strong libido.
I’m 12 years post-menopause, and I still remember very clearly the lack of advice and options. I was still in the corporate world, giving presentations and working with C-Level clients, mostly male. Multiple hot flashes a day, trying to carry on like nothing was happening while sweat was running down my back, my bra felt like a wet bathing suit top, and my face was turning red from the bottom up, even the tops of my hands were sweating. Add to that, sleepless nights, returning to work the next day, and doing my best to be fully present. I did it with a smile because that is what was expected of me.
It breaks my heart when I chat with older women who say, gosh, I needed you 10 or 15 years ago. Menopause does not have to last for 10 years, gosh, it doesn’t have to last for 5 years, not if you are getting the right guidance.
The other women I feel bad for, are the ones who are suffering in silence. Some women believe they should not talk about such personal issues, not even with their doctors.
You don’t have to go through menopause alone and you also won’t be lost in a large group. With 4 or 5 participants, this will be as close to one-on-one as you can get.
Even though this will be the first round, you will be getting valuable information based on my method and continued access to the course material after the 12 weeks.
If you are post-menopause and feeling good and you know someone who might be struggling or frustrated with the advice they are receiving, please feel free to forward this email to them.
If you are going through menopause naturally or menopause has come about because of surgery, this course is for you.
I want you or someone you know, to feel amazing in menopause, it is possible.
Email me if you have further questions or if you are ready to enrol.
Thank you for reading my words.
