Easy Salad Dressing

I love the simplicity of this salad dressing, it tastes great and it’s healthy! I always have these ingredients on hand and can make it fresh when needed. I have been using this as my salad dressing for years.

Ingredients

Equal Parts

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil 

  • Fresh Squeezed Lemon or Raw Apple Cider Vinegar

Recipe

Mix equal measurements of the ingredients and cover your favourite veggies.

For a small to medium sized salad one or two tablespoons of each ingredient works well. Toss with salad and enjoy!
