Gosh, it has been over a month since my last blog post, the days seem to go by so quickly!
One of the challenges as a solopreneur and the COE, Chief of Everything, is establishing routines and finding the right balance. After my 4-year sabbatical, I continue to look at all aspects of my business and how I can better support women transitioning through menopause.
Throughout my 34-year corporate career, I worked with clients face-to-face or voice-to-voice. I truly looked forward to each day’s interactions and further building strong, long-term relationships with my clients.
When I received my diploma as a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and started my business, my focus remained on providing personalized one-on-one support and guidance. I gained so many valuable insights, and most of all, how unique each woman is. What works for one woman, won’t necessarily work for another in the same way.
Time, as with anything, helps expand my horizons, I want to support as many women as possible during such a transformative phase of life.
I’m excited to announce, the upcoming Premier release of my brand-new online course, “Menopause Reset” launching October 2023.
This comprehensive course will be 12 weeks in length. Each week, you will receive access to a new content module and a live group session with me, where I’ll address your questions and concerns. The modules are designed to help you understand the changes you are experiencing during this transition and how to best support your body. Some modules may include coursework and self-reflection exercises to deepen your understanding.
